Sir/Madam,
This is reference to received legal notice from [COLOR=#009900 !important]Reliance communication[/COLOR] for not paying the dues.
I was using reliance wireless telephone connection since 4 years & paid regularly bill amounts.
However i have given complaint in december 2013 via various telecommunications that reliance [COLOR=#009900 !important]handset[/COLOR][COLOR=#009900 !important]not working[/COLOR]properly since 3-4 months so it need to change & on behalf of me my employee Mr. Rajendra has raised many [COLOR=#009900 !important]complaints[/COLOR]but no action has been taken.
After no action from reliance in this [COLOR=#009900 !important]regards[/COLOR] i have sent a mail to reliance customer care that disconnect your [COLOR=#009900 !important]telephone service[/COLOR] due to non-action & in that reply i received their request for do not disconnect their service & they will [COLOR=#009900 !important]take action[/COLOR] but that did not happened & they have not taken any action & not disconnected the service.
After that they have asked till date to pay their dues which is unreliable because of they have not disconnected the service & asking the payment of bills.
Now today i have received their legal notice via mail for non-payment of dues.
In this regard i am asking that it is my fault that i have given disconnection request because their handset is not working???
After using 4 years their service my complaint not attended, not accepted disconnection request this is fair ???
Still they want money after their mistake ???
