Dear Sir, on 7.May.2013 i was having approx Rs. 105 balance in my main account but on the next morning i.e. on 8.May.2013 when i checked my balance i was shocked to see that i was having Rs. 0 in my account. I tried contacting your customer care but as usual it was not reachable and when after trying for two and a half hours i got connected with your executive i got a response that our servers are down please call after an hour or two. I just want to know that why you have deducted my balance this time. I don't need anything from Reliance just refund me my balance and tell me the way to port out from your company. Every time i recharge my account you deduct money for some or the other reason. Please give me my balance. Today i faced a lot of trouble because of this deduction, i had to make a very urgent call and i was not able to make it because of this problem, finally i had to go to an STD booth to make that call. Can you please tell me who is responsible for the loss i had.
