Respected Sir/Mam,
i have faced a problem due to bad service by reliance. i recharged my phone on 11/7/14 at 6:23 pm with a net pack of Rs 127. it had a validity of 30 days. So i used it till the date of 9th. and suddenly i received a message on 11th that my balance has reached a level of 14 Rs which was 129 till 7/8/14... Due to the carelessness of reliance. I called the Customer care department the respected person had no reply and he said i am transferring your call to our senior... No response was received and the call got disconnected after 30 minutes. after that all the nos registered by my name have been blocked.. this is literal harassment of the consumers. i request you to take a strict action or else the last option left would be consumer court. 129 Rs. is not a small amount to be ignored. I have the right to get my money back.
