Sub:Reliance CDMA not allowing to port out for(9393337779)
Kindly note on 24h Mar 2014 I had applied to Port out of Reliance CDMA and port in to Airtel but Reliance had rejected my [COLOR=#009900 !important]porting[/COLOR]
request. I got a call from the Reliance Customer Care asking for the reason for port out, to which I gave valid justifications. [COLOR=#009900 !important]After[/COLOR] 7
working days when I was still not ported out from Reliance, I enquired with Airtel & got to know that my porting request has been
rejected by Reliance. As suggested by Airtel again I applied for porting out(Almost 7 times form Last 7 months) from Reliance to Airtel with a fresh Porting Request [COLOR=#009900 !important]Codes[/COLOR].
After waiting for 7 working days I got to know from Airtel that my request to port out has been rejectin by Reliance for Every
time.
In all the cases I had made several [COLOR=#009900 !important]calls to[/COLOR] Reliance Customer Care (30333333) & Reliance Nodal Office (080-30332620/30332676), every
time getting an answer that Reliance has not received any porting request from Airtel, which is completely in-correct. I have proof that
Airtel has already processed my porting request, got messages from 1901 & FTA that my porting request [COLOR=#009900 !important]is being[/COLOR] processed. Even my port is
being activated by Airtel but at the last moment Reliance has denied to port out. When I personally visited Airtel office to know the
exact reason given by Reliance for rejecting my port out request, the Airtel Nodal Officer told me that they escalated my matter with
Reliance Nodal Officer & got a response Some or all numbers in [COLOR=#009900 !important]the range[/COLOR] do not belong to the indicated Donor in the indicated LSA....
They also informed me that in both the cases Reliance Back Office has rejected my port out application.
Whenever I call Reliance Customer Care regarding the same they assure me that their back end team will get back to me shortly...but till
date no body from Reliance back end has contacted me.
This is the 7th time(From Last 7 months) that they had rejected my Porting request with a response Some or all numbers in the range do not belong to theindicated Donor in the indicated LSA.... Whereas in reality I am a Reliance customer!!
When I enquire with Reliance regading the actual problem, the Reliance Customer Care nicely replies that they dont have any problem to
port me out. This is case of Customer harassment by Reliance. Please take necessary action against Reliance or instruct them to accept my
Porting Request.
