This complaint is regarding my office Split AC Make Voltas Modal No 1.50T Pride, Material Code 4501491, ODU Code- 4511411(3 star) its 1.5 ton AC I purchased this AC on dated - 03/05/2013 from Voltas authorized Agency Goldy Electronics located at Jacobpura road Gurgaon I want to state that there is very bad experience with this AC from the date of purchase there is continuous cooling problem many visits made by the Agency but they did not give me any proper solution, regarding this i have given written complaints online but i did not get any revert. finally voltas engineer told me that this is a defective piece & this piece should be changed by the company but they are not ready to change this AC. So please me resolve this problem ASAP our previous complaint Numbers are 14042508598 & New complaint Numbers are 14052903652
