I am writing to LAUNCH FORMAL COMPLAIN AGAINST VODAFONE.....................IF I AM USING VODAFONE SERVICES ON ROAMING AND IF VODAFONE IS CHARGING ME FOR INCOMING CALLS I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO KNOW WHEN AND WHY I WAS CHARGED AND FOR WHAT CALL..................EVEN REPEATED REQUESTING CUSTOMER CARE OF VODAFONE I HAVE BEEN DENIED.I Request Consumer Court, that this is injustice towards customers. Vodafone should be forced to change their policy. In future they may charge me for no reason and will say that was your received call charges. AND WHY ONLY BILLING CUSTOMER GETS CALL DETAILS AND NOT PREPAID ARE WE NOT CUSTOMER WHO IS USING AND PAYING VODAFONE REGULARLY THIS IS AGAIN DISCRIMINATION. IN INDIA STILL 40% are bellow poverty line who are extremely poor. PLEASE CONSUMER COURT HELP ME I AM RETIED TICKET CHECKER LIVED AND SERVED INDIAN GOVERNMENT. I SEEK YOUR HELP DETAILS OF MY REQUEST TO VODAFONE ARE AS FOLLOWS....
I am a vodafone customer from mumbai region. My mobile number is 9819792397. I want my incoming (All received calls including answered and unanswered) and outgoing call details for my number during period of 20.03.2013 to 10.04.2013 to be sent on my email bapuohal@yahoo.in and shivomdattaguru@rediffmail.com. So I humbly request you to kindly forward me the incoming received calls (Answered & Unanswered calls) and outgoing calls details on my number 9819792397 from 20th March 2013 to 10 April 2013. I will be highly obliged. Thanking you in anticipation.
