Complete negligence from Tata Sky

Hi,

I've a Tata Sky connection in Pune. On 29th July, suddenly, I stopped getting any signals on the connection. (I had duly recharged the account - so balance was not the issue. And any case, balance should not affect signal quality.)

I waited for two days blaming on bad weather and called Tata SKy customer care. They said they will look into it (did not provide me any complaint number). Nobody showed up till 2nd Aug, so I forced them to register a complaint (ID EE32VXM). I was ensured that within 72 hours the issue would be resolved. On the evening of 5th Aug, a technician (Rahul - contact number 8888601704) came and said that the dish has to be replaced (he did not bother to test the dish) and it would cost 800 Rs. I agreed but asked for receipt. He denied a receipt. I called the customer care for clarification; they has no clue). The technician went and closed the complaint (with the issue still not resolved).

Frustrated, I called the customer care and asked to register another complaint.(ID EFUGNM6). This complaint for cancelled on 7th Aug automatically. Frustrated, I called the customer care again on 7th Aug and registered one more complaint (IF EGYR517). This complaint too, got closed, without anybody even calling us.

Frustrated with the call center, I had an online chat with their representative (Sunil Kumar) on 12th Aug. He said he would register another complaint. Frustrated with this stupidity of registering complaints without any action, I demanded to chat with senior. I was made to chat with some Shiva B. He registered another complaint (ID EIRRDFP) and ensured me resolution within 24 hours. He fixed an appointment for a technician for 13th Aug, 10am.

On 13th Aug, around 10am, I received an SMS saying the appointment has been rescheduled to 4pm that day. But nobody showed up throughout the day. It is 16th Aug, and I'm still waiting for somebody to show up.

18 days since the issue started, I have registered 4 complaints, several phone calls, and Tata SKy is not doing anything to take action. They are deducting balance from my account daily, without fail. What should I do? Please help.
