Its been very dissapointed with the Abhibus.com and SMPK Travels service.
I booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore from SMPK Travels from this website on 16/08/2014 to travel on 11.00pm 17/08/2014.
Bus has to departure from Koyembedu bus stand chennai, but bus did not available at the stop.
I was waiting from 11.00pm for the bus and waiting near omni bus stand from 11.00pm, but bus did not arrieved, I was keep calling them and they where like we will reach in half n hour everytime I call them and after sometime they gave almost three numbers to contact, when I tried to call them they picked the call and again the same answer from that they will arrieve in half n hour. I was waiting till 12.30am and finally the bus never approched.
Thank god that I got another travel bus and I reached Bangalore.
Now I dont know what you guys will do I need my money back from travels, otherwise I will book complaint both Abhi.com and SMPK travels.
