company's name is MTS.
I have recharged my MTS number 8459277256 with Rs. 1498 on 31/7/14. they were providing a scheme, that i will get two movie tickets free if get a recharge of amount Rs.1498.
from that day I have been continuously trying to contact them for my free tickets. sometimes they mail me back that this email id is not registered with us(even though it is registered).
and at the same time they ask me to send all the details (transaction id, date of recharge, my mts number)to give me the tickets.
the last mail which i have received says that we wont be able to send you the tickets as your mail id is not registered. i have screen shot of the scheme as well as of the transaction.
My transaction id is 145273602
date of recharge - 31/7/2014
MDN number -8459277256
amount of recharge -Rs. 1498
