I have been using blackberry for a very long time now,with reliance gsm rajasthan circle sim,yesterday night I had rs.117 in my account and when I checked my balance again I found it zero,when I compplained it to them they are not paying any attention and saying it is rightful,my no.is 9509886234.help me I would be obliged.
