I have started CUG for my no 9016871189 and 8690644133 on 9/7/2014 through Vodafone. Bit after 21 days i have received the bill of Rs. 500.64 for 9016871189 and of Rs. 721.65 for 8690644133. So i have informed my agent regarding this n complaint for the same but thay dido not gave me proper resolution and gave me waiver of Rs.203 for 9016871189 and of Rs.311.65 for 8690644133. But i dont understand tat why am i charging for this much of amount where as my plan is of Rs 99 and it gives 100 local n std n sms every month n free unlimited calling for both of my connection. So at last i have paid remainingp balance.
But The new thing is like again in next bill of August billing date 1/8/2914 to 31/8/2014 i have receivd th bill of Rs.691.24 for 8690644133 and of Rs. 438.88 for 9016871189 so again i dnt know what the hell is going in this compnay? where as i have opted for CUG and why am i charging for this amount. And i did complaint in call center abd i also email them but thay are responding and not resolving so pl request you to help me in this as soon as possible.
