Dear Consumer court,
I wish to raise a complaint against company Housefull furniture
Companys office address is
Housefull International Ltd.
C3, Plot No. 15, lower ground floor,
WICEL, MIDC, opp Seepz, Main Gate,
Andheri (E) Mumbai - 400093.
Their customer care number is (022) 6723 9800 / 9786.
The company is involved in very non professional stuff and is intentionally putting efforts to siphon the money of the customer. They neither let you speak with their customer care manager and always put efforts to dupe you. Their mode of action is to harass the consumer to such an extent that consumer gives up on following up with them asking for the money. They are ensuring that customer is so much frustrated and irritated by talking to their executive so that he does not follow up next time.
Sir, I bought LEX dining set in 2012 from Housefull company ( HDC No 1030/2012/1715).
Below are my interactions with them:-
My dining set was not fitted in 2012. I was lied by technician that table doe snot get fitted and it will remain loose. When i visited housefull showroom in 2014 to buy a sofa, i saw same table fitted with laser fitting. I approached customer care ( below e-mails.) they tried to lie, dupe me once again and made every possible effort not to fit the table. It is so dangerous to leave the table non fitted in a house where there are kids but company professional did not underrstand it. However due to my perseverance they did come for fitting.
Once again the technician did fit the table so loose that laser fitting came off in less than 2 weeks. I was told by technician that fitting comes under 1 year warranty but company has failed to honor it. company has been insulting me, abusing me over the phone, not responding to my e-mails. (All the conversation is documented in trail mails below)
Sir in light of all this, I would like Housefull to complete the repairs and pay a penalty of Rs 1000 to me along with an written apology. Also I will like you to guide them to be ethical in their practices. There are many non-resolved complaints pending against them as their norms are not in lines with the way of working is very non professional

Sir please take some serious action before they commit more frauds and cheat more consumers. The company should be penalized with RS 2000 for rendering substandard services and cheating customer.
Sir please also let me know if you need any other documents from me and let me know how i can escalate it to the topmost level in consumer court. Please provide reply in next 7 days.
My next step would be to publicize it as much as i can so that nobody gets cheated like me by Housefull Furniture
