i not recieve my product

I buy mobile battery bank on line through credit card from ShopClues order no. 19120945 which is shipped by Dotzot with tracking number 700000919561 on date 24 august 2014 but not recieve . I call shopcluse coustmer care many time . I spend apporx. 30 rs but not give good reponse . So i register complaint please help.
