A la carte pack not activated and pathetic airtel customer care.

I am repeatedly calling Airtel customer care for the activation of A la carte pack but always same reply that wait for few hours, our team will contact you shortly. Pathetic service from Airtel. I went for Airtel because i thaught their service would be good but the customer care is annoying. Plus the website for digital tv is also useless. Will change to other provider soon.
