Airtel charging higher than actual data usage

I am seeing a big discrepancy on my actual BB data usage and what is being shown in Airtel current data usage link in the portal. In last 10 days I am seeing daily more than 2-3GB of data being used up. Surprising is that it is happening when none of us are in the house and there is no device in the house using data connectivity. I have changed my password, even though my WiFi is secured and there is absolutely zero signal outside my house. That does not solve the issue.

I have switched on the data transaction / Traffic Statistics in my router from every device in the house with 60s frequency. Data transaction shown in the traffic statistic is much lower than the big number Airtel is charging. Got an alert from Airtel that 80% of my 60GB quota is already consumed. That's absurd based on my usage.

Sent an email to airtelpresence and no response from them so far. Any suggestion how do we lodge a complaint against Airtel on this?
