Complaint against Citibank

Hi Team,

On 4th Sep'14 I initiated 3 transfers - 2 NEFT and 1 IMPS transfer I initiated from my Citibank A/c to my account in Axis Bank. When creating payee on Citibank I entered 1 digit wrong and initiated the transfer and the money got transferred to wrong A/c number in Alwar Branch even though I entered the correct IFSC code of Hadapsar in the Citibank Online banking system. I have been chasing with both Axisbank and Citibank and they are tossing me here and there saying that you would have to work with the other bank. I have underwent a lot of mental stress and I am still in stress since I have no clue what is going to happen about my money.
