I bought a Moser Hair
Clipper Pro online through snapdeal with order

2240948674. The Invoice number is
9CD35E/14-15/22752 and invoice date is
10-06-2014.
I have used the product 2 times only and it starts making too much noise
while using. You have to use ear buds to use
this now. As the product comes with warranty of
2 years. I want to invoke my warranty and want
the product to be rectified as soon as possible.
But the snapdeal had told me that they are only
responsible for 7 days and you are out of that
period.I trim my beard after 10-12 days so as it worked first time I was out of 7 day period.They told me to take it to Moser Hair
Clipper service centre but the company is
Germany based and I cant find service centre in
India. I again called them to give me the
merchants number who sold the product and
they assured me to provide the same information
via email. But after calling regularly for 4 5 times I got the address and numbers of a person which snapdeal told me is service center of said company. But I called that number the person told me that he has no contact with Moser hair clipper and the address is his home address. I have to apologise to that person. Then when I put the issue with snapdeal they told me they will see to it and I waited long time but got no response from snapdeal. Then I called 3 times again and they give me the same number with different name. I had to apologise again to that person. And now I think the product is fake as the addeess and contact number on retail invoice does not exsist. And snapdeal just give me answer like " I am
not authorized person to give this information"
and when I told them to forward the call to
authorized person. The product is 100% fake because now after 2 month conversation they are just saying you are out of 7 day period. I want to sue snapdeal dor this. And snapdeal should not tell me to write at writetous@snapdeal.com as I had already write at that.
