reliance gsm deduct balance by starting vas service without my consent

today reliance deduct balance by starting vas service without my consent..rs 30 they deducted of sms or i dont know exext which pack..i m a senior citizen..i never used to sms to anyone..plz refund my balance...My name is Satpal Grover...My number is 9355913252. This is reliance gsm number...
