My net was not working for over 1 and a half months and whenever i went to Reliance office the customer care , executives told me that there is a issue in my DLC box so my connection will not work for sometime and i will get a waver for the same.
When my connection got working again then i asked for a waver for 1 and half months they gave me a waver for only 7 days i.e Rs 102 only, due to which i refused to pay the bill of 3000
After that i received a call from reliance that they have given me a waver of Rs 750 for 1.5 months so i should pay the bill of Rs 2,350
So i paid Rs 2,350 as the Reliance people said. But they have again suspended my connection and say that i have to Rs 750 more.
The Broadband head of reliance office Jaipur is Saket Sharma. He misguided me and i want to launch a complaint for the same against him and Reliance.
So i want the concerned authorities to contact me at the earliest and take severe actions against Reliance for cheating the customers.
