Tata sky mockery of customer services. Just asking for money for no reason

It seems that Tata sky is simply trying to cheat customers into paying more because there is little that they can extract after a subscriber has taken an annual pack.

I had requested to Tata sky that I want to split the Standard box from main account No. xxx8487. I was asked to deposit Rs 250 as min. balance for transfer. I did the same and informed the tata sky customer care. He simply deactivated the box instead of Splitting the connection. I didn't realize what the customer care person did. So I charged more money and subscribed to annual pack. Then I realized that the Connection was just suspended instead of split. So I had to register the complaint for split again. After which a new account No. xxxx41606 was created for split account and I was asked to deposit Rs 230 in the same. I did the same.

Now they have called saying that I should have min. Balance of Rs 250 for splitting in old account. I have only Rs 35. I informed them that I have taken to annual pack so why should I pay more that I have already paid Rs 7000 for Mega HD pack.

But they are not willing to listen. I wonder why they are informing the requirements in installments. Also why the customer care person just suspended the box instead of splitting?

Worst experience. Guess will have to change the operator one my current subscription expires.

Why should I deposit the money with Tata sky becauseI have already paid for the year?

Why are Tata sky people trying to cheat me?
