Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group) have refused to give our claim amount GC Number : 4238063
We have booked our household items to shift from Chilamkur (AP) to Nimbahera (Rajasthan) on 12.06.2014 but received the items in damaged condition due to careless packing and shifting. BOOKED FROM VIJAYWADA OFFICE
1. We booked a closed and truck and loaded our items in a closed truck from chilamkur(AP) but received them in an open truck in Nimbahera (Raj.). These people did not informed us about shifting our items from closed truck to open truck. We dont know the reason why they shifted our items to open truck and due to which most of our furniture items got damaged.
2. We totally lost our newly purchased computer table during transit which can not even be repaired.
3. Dressing table completely broken, Top got detached from the bottom of the dressing table.
4. Got hole in the front board of the double bed.
5. Corner of the double bed got broken.
6. Dining table glass top corner got chipped off.
7. Polish of the dining table and center table got removed due to sticking pavking tape on it(Such unprofessionals).
And after all this they are not ready to refund our claim amount.
