My tata photon 3G connection no(photon No ) is 9028001563 and my plan is 3GB@650 .
Even being a 3G connection , internet speed is very poor and even after making several complaint , resolution is that there is some site issue in my area which will be resolved in XXXX months.
Credit limit of my account is just 1500.
While taking the connection it is told to me that roaming charges will be nominal .
between 1 and 2 Week of October 2014 , due to some urgent work I use the device in roaming . But on 5-Oct , services of my internet device is deactivated/blocked and a mail is sent to me which is
"We have observed that the usage of Rs 8766/- on your 3G Dongle A/C no.990040377 is nearing its Credit Limit.The Limit assigned at present is Rs 1500/-. We would request you to make the payment of Rs 8766/- to continue enjoying our services."
after this they sent the bill for amount Rs 11,643.08 and mentioning that 8,962.30 is the roaming charges and rest are service+rental changes .
I am shocked to check that even if the Credit limit of my account is just RS 1500 then how can the bill amount exceed that .
Even though there is no intimation for their side (either from SMS/Mail) , that the usage is exceeding the Credit limit.
I also talked to customer care executive about this and they are saying that there is no credit limit barrier in roaming areas and they extend the credit limit automatically(in roaming) upto some percentage (200 -250%) ,and they can only reduce Rs 500 from my Bill amount , but my point is that how a normal customer came to now all these conditions , also information about bill usage is sent to me when the bill amount become Rs 11,643.08 (roaming 8,962.30) which is so high as compared to my credit limit , there should be any intimation from their side that the bill is raising , why they wait upto Rs 11,643.08
I am using this connection for my personal use and not in a condition to pay such a big amount..
So can you pls help me on this.
