Dear Sir,
1. I had booked air ticket through cleartrip.com under trip ID - 1411055456 from Delhi to Amritsar and back on 05 Nov 2014 and the fair summary shown was Rs 10532. I processed the payment but they had deducted Rs 13944 from my account. On inquiry they not giving me suitable reply and say that pop up of increased fair was shown to me but actually they did not shown me any pop up of rs 13944.00
2. Sir, I had mailed that so many times and they are not giving me any suitable answer. Now I would like to explain their cheating procedure. Sir they had displayed two different fairs of same route and same flight of same operator. The client like me click the lowest fair and they so him summary but at the time of payment they deduct higher ticket displayed fair which was not even clicked by me and confirm the ticket. I have their display chart copy.
3. Please take action against such fraud web mails.
