I Mr. Dayat Bhanushali having Mediclaim POlicy from Oriental Insurance CO Ltd since Last 3 Year.
On 26 Aug 2014 I was have been Hospitalized for a serious Diesease HEPATITIS E VIRUS. While admited to Hospital I was very serious and even Doctor
was not taking any gaurantee. But with god grace i came back perfectly fit after 14 Days. I have submited my Claim File to Oriental Insurance TPA called Raksha TPA Pvt Ltd. Unit no.2,A wing Time Square,3rd Floor, Marol,Andheri Kurla Road Mumbai-400 059, Phone No 022-67876666,1800220456,.
My Hospital Bill Came for Rs. 86000/- which was submited to TPA with all ORIGINALS. But they have passed my Claim Amount of Rs. 49000 only stating that only 7 days will be considered for HOspitalization. It was very serious situation for my life at that time. I have given a LETTER from Doctor to Raksha TPA Pvt Ltd. Andheri East Office for Consideration of wrongly deducted claim amount. But they still give me the same reason only 7 days considered.
One thing i cant understand while a person admited to Hospital he has to follow treating Doctor or TPA for Claim Settlement. TPA only see where to do deduction from claims but they cant able to understand the situations.
Sir I kindly request you to please look into my matter and do the needful. Deducted amount is a Very big amount for me its a valuable.
Please give me a justice.
