I am very much disappointed with reliance services. I was send a complaint
regarding my recharge but till now there is no response. I also registered a complain on 03/12/14 having 227546049 complaint no. But
i am not satisfied with solution. I recharge my no. With Rs 249
2G net Pack on 14 november from rechargeitnow.com having order no. RGM5525814B4. my data was lapse on 1 dec. Yesterday i
recive my data balance but the validity of my data is not credited
into my account. The actual expiry date of validity is 12 jan 2015. They harash me alot by not providing a proper assistance & by saying that there is fault in our system in lieu of this they put me on hold for a long time. & cut my call.
