In my last post "Repeated Wrong Balance Deductions by Aircel" i did not mention the nature of balance deduction because I did not know when the balance is getting deducted.
But today (23.12.2014) I noticed that after I got the following sms my balance is deducted. Last time they refunded me Rs 15 on seeing my above mentioned post. This is bloody harassing. The customer care promised that it will not happen again but the same thing happened today.
The SMS they sent to me is :
"Download FREE Content on your mobile! Click Now url ?splid=13446&subid=165"
I am literally frustrated with this duduction-complaint-refund process now. Feeling like throwing out the sim card.
Now I dont want money back. i want to know why this thing is being repeated.
