Sir, I have booked the tkt from EASEMYTRIP for my neighbour(6pax) for CCU-DIB-CCU sector which PNR was MUTRDV. Later flights(jet airways) got rescheduled and finally one of the pax expired. So I cancelled all the tickets at the airport counter as instructed by EASEMYTRIP official. I have mailed the document given at the counter to Easemytrip on 2nd April 2014 stating that refund will be full and in the Easemytrip account. But as of now i have not received any refund from Easemytrip and on enquiring they are replying that refund is pending from Jet airways. Till today I have posted 7 to 8 mails to Easemytrip also many phone calls done but they are not taking any follow-up in this matter. My around Rs-75,000/- are pending with them since last 8 months. This inturn spoiling my relationship with my neighbour and sir, we are from middleclass so this amt is very valuable for us. So kindly requesting you to do the needful. I also want to case a file in the court for this kind of cheating by travel agent. Kindly suggest me with this regards.
