Spice Jet -- No Money Refund for cancelled flight from 2 months

Hi,

I booked a spicejet ticket for my Wife and Kid on 26/Sept/2014 for traveling from Mumbai to Bangalore on 18/Jan/2015. On 28/Dec/2014, I got an email saying the flight has been cancelled and i can opt for money refund. I followed their procedure for the refund on first week of Januanry 2015 and was notified that the money will be refund to my card. But it has been two months and till date No Refund i had received in my account. While checking the PNR status on website , it is notified that money refund is in process from past two months.
