ICICI Bank - MAB Charges being withdrawn without proper notice to customer

Hi,

My client has requested a situation where MAB charges are being deducted from her ICICI Savings Account.
It appears that her Account was converted to a "Privilege" Account without her knowledge and MAB charges are being deducted from several months/years.
She has lodged a complaint through Phone Banking services under SR365788555 and has requested to also lodge a complaint in Consumer court forum for justice. Please attend to the same and contact if any information is needed.
