Fake Product delivery by askmebazaar

Respected Sir,

This is complaint regarding fake product delivered by askmebazaar against my order no. AB2034225 dt. 23.4.2015 which booked on 21.4.2015 & received on 28.4.2015.

I have ordered Sony 10000 mah power bank after looking advertise on askmebazaar and same ordered on dt. 21.4.2015 for Rs. 679.00 through cash on delivery which received on 28.4.2015

When i opened my order shocked to see that they have delivered fake product of mi power bank instead of Sony power bank.

After that i have given complaint to askmebazaar on same day dt. 28.4.2015 through mail on their mail id help@askmebazaar.com as under.

Dear Sir
This is very unhappy moment to write you that I received my order no. AB2034225 today through delhivery courier but when I open the parcel got fake mi powerbank instead of my order of Sony powerbank.
This was my first order to askmebazaar and received a fake products which is very shameful.
Can I get any answer and action from you regarding this matter.

After that i have not received any information regarding return of product & refund of my money i have again sent mail on dt. 5.5.2015 stated if no action taken with 7 days i shall raise the compaint to consumer court i got a call from askmebazaar and they told me they will collect my order return back and money will be refund on my bank directly & asked to provide my bank details through mail which i have sent on 6.5.2015 and after that also when no action have done from askmebazaar i have sent various mail on dt. 14.5.2015, 18.5.2015, 29.5.2015 but no action taken by askmebazaar.

I herewith requesting you to take an action against askmebazaar as required.
