billing for closed connection

Hi,
I had closed tata photon connection no. 9225638873 on 9.02.15 bt till date they r sending the bill. They mentioned connection has been retained When i spoken to customer care. Really pathetic.
Please help me resolve. I dont want to pay the amount which is not been utilized.
