I have purchased a Timberland shoe worth Rs 5399.99 back in Jan,2015 which seems to be a defected product. It's colour is turning black which I had inform jabong and they are saying it's warranty was only for 30 days and now it's nothing they can do about it. The reason I m filing this complain against jabong because how come the product worth 5400 can only be good for 30 days where in its a sure shot an issue with product.
