Please find below email sent to Service Center of Volkswagen 1 Year ago.
No solution is provided till today. Please help me with resolving this issue.

Subject: VM Polo Clutch Break down Issue
As discussed upon call with ……. mobile no. +919686601239 I have purchased VM Polo Trend Line in July 2013 in Ludhiana, Punjab. Same day of delivery I have driven car from Ludhiana to Bangalore for a Run of 3000kms.
For a trip of Bangalore – Vellore in Feb 2014 after a run of 200kms on a constant speed suddenly Clutch breaks down on one of the turn. I was very happy with the support provided by On Road Assistance by VW.
But on the same hand I receive a call from Vellore VW-office next day about the issue.
As according to them Clutch was not used properly and it was used many times which cause this failure. Which means we should not drive VW Polo in Bangalore – Traffic ? and VW vehicles are not CAPABLE ENOUGH TO DRIVE IN BANGALORE.? If somebody is familiar with Bangalore traffic, that person know – more than accelerator, clutch is pressed. And I have driven it successfully for 200kms and suddenly on one stop clutch stopped working in the middle of the Road.
Raised this issue so many times in VW head office, but every time issue was transferred to a service center, and no service center will agree to cover any damage in warranty that easily. They will try to humiliate the customer as this becomes one of liability because customer had already spent on purchasing and want his vehicle back home. I waited for one month as I was not having any other option and there was NO HELP FROM VOLKSWAGEN.
Secondly, he gave me information which is no where written in book let provided on time of purchase. That Clutch warranty is only for 6 months / 10000Kms. That means I have to spend 40k every 6 months. Nobody proved this point as it is not written anywhere. I want this point in booklets provided on day of purchase.
