Paytm has cheated me by eating Rs 750

I ordered Six T shirts and returned it by paying Rs 750 through Bluedart courier as it's size and quality was not upto the expectation. Before returning I discussed with the paytm members.They said to refund my courier amount but after i have sent they are saying to refund only Rs 200.Kindly help me...
