Last week (04/07/2015) i tried recharging my vodafone prepaid no #9654366040 with 1gb+1gb 3g data as offered by vodafone shop online nd i made the payment using my debit card , after payment screen stuck so i waited for 5 mins lost my nerve and went back to home screen and tried whole thing again but same stupid thing happened waited around 5 mins closed browser and made payment using paytm which worked finally ,after an hour i recieved 2 msgs confirming Rs 297/- were paid to vodashop from my bank account twice so i called up the customer care who wasnt a pleasant guy to talk to or helpful at all "HE CONFIRMED THE REFUND WOULD BE PROVIDED WITHIN 7 DAYS & SAID IT WAS COMPANY POLICY " what kind of stupid policy is that ?? Well it is exactly 7 days now and i havnt yet recieved my refund,kindly process my refund of Rs 594/- back to my bank account .
