I have ordered the MicorMax Canvas HD A116 (White), which is Commited by Snap Deal Representative(Pooja) called on 8th and 9th May 2013 , but i received Black colour. which i dont want. Now they are not accepting the delivered Wrong Product.
I want the White Color product only. Not acceptable black one.
My Order Number is: 983002857 Date 09 May, 2013.
1. I Ordered the Product on 9th May they told that they given expected Shipment date and time is 15th May 2013 before 7:00 pm. But they have not delivered ON-time,
2. No updates till 7:30 pm, then after I called customer care and spoke with Nitin Nagi they Shipped the Wrong Product on 16th May 2013.
3. After the product delivered on 17th May 2013 to home, I asked my wife to check the product which color, then she opened the product and saw it was black. I told keep as it is. Then I raised complaint with Number 2134871, the number mentioned in the subject line.
4. Since that I have so many times called to customer care and today Snapdeal excutive (Soniya) called and said that they cant replace the Product.
Still I get the my White Product I am not going to USE the Wrong one.
Every day I am calling the customer care but not getting Proper response.
It is very bad experience with Snapdeal. I ordered many products from flipkart, they delivered same what I orded. But snapdeal failed to give me right product at right time.
I need my Product back.
