My Service Request Nos are TIPLSR8G0038591 & TIPLSRG0064191 & TIPLSR8G0050635
I purchased Toshiba 32 LED by believing that Toshiba is very big Japanese Brand its products are very durable. But it was my myth. My LED started to show vertical lines with dark screen like cloud in just 2 years.
I contacted on 17/08/2015 and they told me that their executive will visit in my house in just 24 hours but it was very first fake commitment.
I followed many times then executive visit in my house on 21/08/2015. He took pictures of my LED then he told me that its one part need to be replace and within 7 working days; either part will be replaced or I will get full TV replacement. It was their 2nd fake commitment.
I again followed up many times and whenever I contacted their service centre (9910044005/06) and customer care (1800 200 8674) they always told me that please wait for another 7 working days and my problem will be sort out but still I am in dilemma that from where should I count their 7 working days.
I continue follow ups then after 20 days they told me that my part is unavailable so I have to pay them for another model and they will give some discount. I was in trouble so I say them ok then again they told me that within 3 working days I will get replacement by paying 12,000/-
I continue follow ups and again their customer care & service centre told me that please wait for another 3 to 5 working days due to some unknown reason and again I was in same dilemma that from where should I count their 3 to 5 working days.
Now I started daily follow ups and every time they told me to wait for again 3 to 5 working days and after 10 days they told me that my replacement request has been accepted and I will get replacement in just 2 working days.
I continue daily follow ups and now more than one month has been passed but still I have not get my replacement.
I contacted their Sr. Service Centre Head (Mobile No. 9810110049) and he is very rude, careless. I told him and all their customer care executive and their Toshiba Head Office customer care (Miss Charu Jaiswal (+91-124-4414150) that I have two children and they watch cartoon channels. If I stop them they started to quarrel with each other and if I dont stop them to watch TV then their eye sight may get some issue and my fear got true. My children started to get eye sight issue. I request each & every person that please try to solve this matter on urgent basis because it is a matter for their life but still all are very casual and still today after one month and daily follow ups my problem still not solved.
They are so fake that one executive of their service centre told me that today on Sunday I will get 100% replacement but when I try to contact them then their service centre is off, their mobiles are switch off and then I contacted Mr. Manpreet their service head then he told me that he is on holiday and service centre are off on Sundays and if any person of their service centre told me that today on Sunday I will get replacement then I should talk them personally but as his view I have to still wait for another minimum 10 to 15 days and more can be also. There is absolutely no use to follow them on daily basis.
I mailed them, called them, sms them and visited also to their service centre & their corporate office but all are making false promises every time and some people are so arrogant that they are not serious to solve my any kind of problem.
Now I am fully frustrated and request you to all of readers that please never go for any Toshiba product. It is just impossible to write all things here. It is just very small snapshot about my follow ups with them and still I am not confident that I will get any kind of service from them.
You are requested to please spread my all these comments on social networking so that no one should thing about to purchase any Toshiba product or even think to purchase in dreams.
