RCom Wipod Bill issue

Dear Sir/Madam
I was using RCom CDMA Wipod number 9343698665 for data uses. During upgradation process of CDMA to 4G Wipod, I didn't get data / Internet between 2016-06-24 to 2016-08-18. In between, I communicated several times regarding the issues like:
Non availability of data/internet
Billing without providing services
Change of data plans

My issues were not taken care.
I resumed my data services on 2016-08-19 and continued for two days only. On 2016-08-21 my services was suspended /terminated.
After that every day I am getting call from RCom to make payments for the duration of 2016-06-25 to till date.
I am ready to pay for 2 days (as per my CDMA plan) where I have received Data services I. E. On 2016-08-19 and 2016-08-20. For that I want a separate bill.
Instead of sorting out my issues, they are harassing me every day by making several calls.

I have records of email communications and can be made available if required.

Kindly take necessary action.
