I had booked a Kent water filter from Paytm in online shopping on October 16.
At the time of purchase they told that it will be delivered between 18-24.
From last 3 days I have been following them yet no response.
I have not received my product till date.
I had already made an advance payment of my product so now I dont know how to cancel my product and ask for refund but more than that I want them to pay me for the mental harassment, the phone bill and the problem that I am facing because of them.
Can consumer forum help me sue Paytm
