Dear Relience,
Im a totally unsatisfied user of reliance broadband connection.
Im using this connection from last 2 year. It was working very fine and I was proud of having this but from 5 month.it simply doesnt work or work very slowly.It gets connected for a day then doesnt open the login page also for 4-5 days.
Ive called customer care several times, I always gets there reply that Some updates are going on will work fine in another 2-3 days but its been 5 month its not working.
Another thing is if updates are going on why it is working fine for my friends and not working for me.. how much time does it takes to updates? I also belongs to tech field and know that updates wont take 5 months..?
I'm simply paying the full amount of monthly charges for free.
Ive already registered a complaint and want to terminate this connection but there is no reply from reliance side.
Im really very frustrated and planning to file a consumer court complaint. Ive have all the call recorded with your customer care.
I got call once from your personal department and they told that they will be sending engineer to correct the prob but nobody has come till now.
Kindly take this as a serious issue and work on that .
