I had booked a 2 BHK flat with Jaypee Greens in sector 128 in Kosmos tower in 2010. my unit no is KM 32-1703. i had paid a booking amount of Rs 1.5 lacks and asked for allotment letter and further details so as to process my home loan. I didnt receive any documents till 5-6 months. on contacting in Mar 2011, i was told that the documents will reach in some time as they are not yet prepared. but later in that year, i didnt receive any documents. on contacting personally to their office, i was told that the company has dispatched my documents and when i inquired about the address of dispatch, i came to know its not my address & some other address in some other town altogether. i gave an application in the office for correcting my address & asked for documents but was refused saying i should ask for documents on bank/company letterhead. i had even sent the application but there was no response. from that time i have tried to contact Jaypee Greens on this issue but there is no response. i had given an application for registering my email id to dispatch my documents but there was no action or conformation from that side too. i have written many mails to them but everytime the response is that the documents have been sent to some address which doesnt belong to me. nobody tells whom to contact for correcting my address. finally in mid 2012 i was told when i again went personally that i ve to pay a penalty of 3-3.5 lacks or else the unit will be cancelled. on asking to meet the finance department no contact was given. after repeated visits, one person Mr Durgesh from C & R cell was approachable but he also said the same thing of paying penalty but there was no response on correcting my address.
I am working in Indian Air Force & was posted in interior Assam & Arunanchal from where means of communication were quite poor. being new to my job i had come on limited leaves and contacting Jaypee Greens office everytime with no clear response and solution to my problem has created undue trouble and delay. further levying of penalty on me is completely incorrect. I have records of my emails sent to the company and addresses given to me.I request you to look into the matter and provide me with solution. I am recently being posted to Yelahanka, close to Bangalore. I am residing in Officers Mess, Air Force Station Yelahanka, Bangalore-63. Ph. 08861945124.
