Bike damaged in my society parking. Can I demand compensation ??

Hi,

Some miscreant cut battery,spark plug, ecu, airbox, wiring harness cables of my bike in my society. There are cctv's installed but they are of no real use since they hardly cover 5% area of the total space.
I have complained to society secretary but their attitude about it is poor. I am not expecting any corrective measures from them regarding the issue.

Now if the cables are cut again, what should I do ??
Can I deduct the amount required for repairs from annual/monthly society maintenance ??

We pay nearly 26k a year as maintenance charges. Isn't it the responsibility of society to provide sufficient security ??

Help me in this matter...
