BILLING DISPUTE WITH TATA TELE SERVICES LTD.(mah)photon no.9225112242

Dear, sir,
I take this opportunity to write to you as follows.
1) I opted for TATA PHOTON + ,when I bought laptop in sept/oct09, for
ease of portability. Initially, since my literacy about computer/net
speed etc..was limited,I couldn't pin point the speed/connectivity
problem at my work location( industrial area, AMBAD,NASIK10) though the
connectivity at my home( mahatmanagar,satpur 422007,nasik) was ok.
2) After realizing the speed/connectivity problem in AMBAD,I contacted
their customer care dept. th'r call centers, emails etc.. on several
occasions since June/july12 to oct12.
3) Their replies were stereo type, i.e a SMS GIVING DOCKET NO.& within
stipulated time say24/48 hrs,a typical reply th'r SMS that the problem
has been resolved ( without giving any details) as result the problem
always remained UNRESOLVED. Same applied to their mail replies.
4) Ultimately,after lot of fighting with them, they agreed that the
speed/connectivity problem was there in AMBAD.
5) They promptly offered 60% waiver in monthly bill, however I insisted
upon them to send me a mail, in the mail they mentioned only 50%
discount & that to only for the current bill.which I strongly
objected,telling them that this should applicable sucto all future
bills / or till h time the problem is resolved.
6) There was no response from them in any manner,neither from CUSTOMER
CARE/NODAL OFFICER/APPELLANT AUTHORITY etc..
7) Ultimately I got fed up & opted to unsubscribe their services, which
they did promptly within a week's time.
8) My unpaid bill till such time was only Rs.455/-( after waiver offered
by them) or so + another 15-20 days of next billing cycle.for which I
requested them to send me a copy of REVISED BILL.after couple of heated
arguments with them, they always used to send a 'ORIGINAL BILL COPY(
unrevised)
9) Ultimately, I got fed up told them that I WILL NOT PAY UNLESS I
RECEIVE A REVISED WAIVED BILL COPY.


10) Now i understand that they are DEMANDING SIX MONTHLY POST PAID
RENTAL' which i have not availed, prior to that the services were
unsubscribed.
Now let me know that stipulated period for complaint resolving/ bill
updating is over,how long do you want the customer to wait to resolve
the issue from your end?or do you want the customer to take up issue to
CONSUMER FORUM/TRAI?








note::- I HAVE ALL THE DOCKET NOS.SCREEN SHOT, MAIL COPIES ETC.. ( MY
PHOTON NO.9225112242)
