Tata indicom connection not closed even after multiple request and charged for almost 2 years

I am Rahul Pawar. I was a customer of tata DoCoMo till February 2011 with
mobile number : 09246195259 (account number: 900437489) when I asked for
the account to be closed. please note I had done this by actually visiting
the office of TATA INDICOM at Madhapur.

I had not received bills for this either. i received only one bill for this in the on 19/9/2012 after almost one and half years after the request to close the account. i wrote to the company regarding this as well for which they simply said the account is active. I found today (1/6/2013) that the bills amount are getting deducted every month through ECS payment. This has come to my notice today as the amount was more than one thousand so it was visible difference.

I tried reaching the customer care but the customer care eventually takes me to a telugu language customer care which I dont understand. I am concerned that
1) the account is active in use by some unknown person who may use it for unsocial activities.
2) the bill amount is being deducted regularly for past 2 years.

please note i have tried the following:
1) customer care: fails miserably to take you to the english or hindi speaking customer care executive
2) customer care chat: said they cant help saying apparently it was a corporate account and pointed me to a different customer care number which again pointed me to the same customer care number which had the same problem as mentioned in 1)



please consider this as a formal complaint
