Complaint against Airtel for forcing customer to make payment for incorrect details

bill period : 11/02/2013 to 10/03/2013
bill number : 20734954
I have received the bill for the period Feb10-Mar10.However, I have raised a transfer request on Feb 28th2013 (reference no:29401910). Since then i have not used the internet service. Also since airtel couldn't fulfill transfer request, i had raised a termination request 10 days back. Still i have been charged for the period of entire 10 days when i havent used for which i am not willing to pay. I need the corrected bill to process the payment.
The request number has still not been addressed and i am getting rude calls from customer care members who are unaware of the details. I want to make it clear that i have been using airtel dishtv and mobile connection in addition to this, and if this is the way customers are treated then i would have to reconsider my decision to shift to other services. Also, i am ready to pay the bill even today, only if i get proper corrected bill .
Since this few months have passed and issue is still not resolved.Lately i got a mail from airtel stating "If payment is not made on or before the mentioned date, there will be a legal letter which will be initiated from Lok-Adalat" . I am highly dissatisfied with such a response from a reputed company of Airtel.
