Escalation On dth

I have given a relocation call on 06/04/2013,Since my setup box doesn't have insufficient balance and they advice me to recharge with minimum of RS 150. The call was on morning10.30. Within half an hour and i recharged with RS400 and called back customer service , they confirm within 24hours the issued will be resolved and got confirmation message stating (Your reference no. for relocation request is 30891558. Please share happy code *** with engineer once issue is resolved. For any query Pleaz call 9620456105). The house has been shifted and still i am not able to watch movie since they didn't came to service. But the degital rental charging everyday and Airtel is making fool of us. still the issue was not resolved. Then i contacted 9620456105, he/she is not picking the phone, but within some minutes his phone was waiting and when i called back he used to cut the call. ITs not only 1 or 2 times, but after multiple attempt in different time zone, He/She never picked the call.Then I'am calling to customer care and asking for status, every one(cc representative) is answering like 'sorry for the inconvenience and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours'. These people answering like recorded voice. I don't like being cheat , you are not providing the service and but rental is charging everyday, we may see in the consumer forume. Don't try to be over smart and cheating the custmer where you like to cheat. I need immediate action on this request.
