At the outset let me thank you for resolving my past issues. I have a new concern related to the same conenction and hope that will too get resolved.
Last time my new HD box was replaced with an old one and after the replacement almost evrytime i switch on the TV and the HD box same software gets updated again and again and it takes more than 20 minutes for the same to happen. First of all i would like to know that why my new HD box was replaced with an old? And why Airtel has such poor customer satisfaction. I would request the team to get back to me with a solution ASAP.
