Last month i have purchased Sony Experia SP (worth 25,000) and within a week of purchase its touch functions are not working and battery doesnt stand for long and hangs a lot.
I dont want any rectification because even after software update nothing has changed.
I have got a super defective piece and all i want is replacement or refund.
I no longer wish to use the handset as Im sure it is a never ending quest.
It is pathetic that Sony aspires to be in the league of apple or Samsung and fails so miserably.
