Hi,
This is Chinmay Saha one of the prepaid customer with Aircel number(9614401150). I am very frustrated and disappointed with the Aircel customer support and want to lodge a complaint against them, the issues are mentioned below in point.
1. I took this aircel SIM card also then recharged 21.05.2013 with 179/- to get the 2000 mit A-A & 500M A-O features for 30 days. But before 30days my remaining balance 550 m A-A AND 200 M A-O undo from my account. So called the customer care and asked for support. I have called 3 times and they were unable to solve the problem,
2. I have call cc on 18.06.2013 near about 10 pm then aircel representative told me to call *141# and I am call then 15 rupess deducted from my main balance. Still I am unable to call cc.
Please need Action.
