On 18th My port in was successful from Reliance Postpaid to Docomo But I soon found out it was the biggest Mistake i had made Ever In my life. I actually ported 2 numbers from reliance
I made Normal FRC then GPRS packs on both number one for 1gb and one for 2gb data pack.. Just for using on my Android Phone..(Mail , whatsapp etc)
But after few moment of unable to use GPRS the full day as the "E" (EDGE) Signal was continuously disappearing and when it does come i get crappy speed like 2-3Kbps ave .
I logged a complain on Live chat. -PNR2012260924
I got a call from DOCOMO at late evening of 18th june meaning last day and asked me about my issue i told him everything and he made me assured that they will solve my issue as soon as possible
Today afternoon I though about asking the status of my complain which was made last day about GPRS issue coz i had a feeling they will close it... coz this had happened with several of my friends. And guess what i was right They Closed it without letting me Know anything about it and gave
Reason for Closing - No available Plants at my location (which was told by Doc )
I do not know what that means.. and I really Do not care about it.. My real Q is this that Why my complain was closed and not solved.. And Why Docomo CC fails to deliver what they promise...?
This is a Humble Request to the Admin of this Forum To help me out and Solve my Issue .. Coz i am Stick for next 90 days until i can port again.

- I tried putting the Sim on my 2g dongle but 90% time getting connection terminated by remote computer which is expected as gprs signal was issue..tried manually changing and creating APN - TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET even Tried Tata.Docomo.Internet nothing helped. So after a lot of tests from my End
- Tried my Old Nokia 5800, Optimus P500, Mot but nothing changed
